Jonathan will be showing his music video 'Little Donkey',which he made for Florrible and Miserabella (Florence and the Machine and Laydee Isa) at 'Supine Soundcheck', at Club Ponderosa on the afternoon of April the 19th.
Club Ponderosa is a 'social interaction project...which functions as a place for performances and social interaction designed and programmed by residents of the area around 176' and is part of the current solo exhibition by Matt Stokes at 176 Gallery in Kentish Town. Jonathans collective Supine Studios has been asked by Matt and Lail Arad to currate an afternoon of film and acoustic music. Supine Soundcheck opens at 4pm, with Djs, short films and music videos until 5pm, and from 5-8pm will be live music from musicians associated with Supine Studios.

The private view is on the 7th of May, 6-9pm, and all are welcome. He will be showing a range of work, from sculptures and paintings to stained glass and carved ostrich eggs.

After leaving college, he was one of the co-founders of Supine Studios, a collective of artists and musicians living and working in a house near Dalston, North East London. The Studio incorporates a converted Victorian Shop which has been turned into studio space, a gallery space and a workshop on ground level; a recording studio in the basement, and everyone lives in the flat above. He helps run the exhibiton space, regularly showing work by the residents of the studio, and un-established artists. Jonathan also helps the studio run a monthly live music evening at Bardens Boudoir, promoting upcoming musicians affiliated with the studio. He also assists Les Paine as a modelmaker, mostly making models for Anish Kapoor. They have just completed a series of models which were shown in an exhibiton at the prestigious Royal Institute of British Architects in London. He also works as a technician at the Whitecube gallery.
